CONCRETE PILE HEAD CUTTING APPARATUS
An objective of the present invention is to provide a concrete pile head cutting apparatus which performs cutting operation only on areas excluding the central region of the concrete pile while a cutting unit moves along the circumference of a concrete pile, and subsequently allows clamp arms to clamp and break the concrete pile. The concrete pile head cutting apparatus, which cuts a ground-exposed head of a concrete pile including a cavity formed at the inner center thereof, a spaced part formed along the circumference of the cavity, and a reinforcement part formed along the circumference of the spaced part, comprises: a main body which moves to a target concrete pile using a moving means; first and second clamp arms, which is formed in an arc shape and clamps the concrete pile, and of which one end is connected to both sides of the main body to be rotatable; a cutting unit which moves forward and backward toward the concrete pile, and performs the cutting operation of the concrete pile while moving along the outer circumference of the concrete pile; and a control unit which regulates the operation of the first and second clamp arms and controls the operation of the cutting unit. The control unit controls the cutting unit to cut from the outer circumference of the concrete pile up to the reinforcement part.
본 발명은 콘크리트 파일의 주위를 따라 절단부가 이동하며 콘크리트 파일에 대한 절단 작업을 수행할 때 콘크리트 파일의 중앙 영역을 제외한 부분에 대해서만 절단을 수행하고, 이후 클램프 암이 콘크리트 파일을 클램핑하여 파단하도록 하는 콘크리트 파일 두부 절단 장치를 제공하는 것으로서, 내측 중앙으로 형성되는 동공과, 상기 동공 둘레를 따라 이격부를 두고 상기 이격부 둘레를 따라 형성되는 철근부를 포함하는 콘크리트 파일의 지상 노출된 두부를 절단하는 장치로서, 이동 수단에 의해 절단 대상인 상기 콘크리트 파일로 이동하는 본체; 원호 형상으로 일단이 상기 본체의 양측에 회전 가능하게 연결되고, 상기 콘크리트 파일을 클램핑하는 제1 및 제2 클램프암; 상기 콘크리트 파일로 전진 또는 후진하고, 상기 콘크리트 파일의 외주 둘레를 따라 이동하며 상기 콘크리트 파일의 절단을 수행하는 절단부; 및 상기 제1 및 제2 클램프암의 동작을 단속하고, 상기 절단부의 동작을 제어하는 제어부; 를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는, 상기 절단부가 상기 콘크리트 파일의 외주에서 철근부까지 절단하도록 제어한다.
