Modification method for reducing water absorption rate of recycled coarse aggregate
The invention discloses a modification method for reducing the water absorption rate of construction waste recycled coarse aggregate. The method mainly comprises the following steps: 1) soaking and cleaning the recycled coarse aggregate in tap water, and airing; 2) placing the aggregate on a grid crawler belt and conveying to a paraffin emulsion atomization area; and 3) forming paraffin emulsion spray from the nano paraffin emulsion through atomization equipment, spraying the atomized paraffin emulsion on the surface of the aggregate in an atomization area, and naturally airing to obtain the modified aggregate. The modification method is easy to operate and good in modification effect, the water absorption rate of the construction waste recycled coarse aggregate can be effectively reduced,and the workability of a recycled concrete mixture prepared from the construction waste recycled coarse aggregate and the impermeability of hardened concrete are obviously improved.
本发明公开一种降低建筑垃圾再生粗骨料吸水率的改性方法。该方法主要包括:1)将再生粗骨料用自来水中浸泡清洗后晾干;2)将骨料放置在网格履带上传输到石蜡乳液雾化区;3)将纳米石蜡乳液通过雾化设备形成石蜡乳液喷雾,在雾化区将雾化的石蜡乳液喷在骨料表面,自然晾干后得到改性后的骨料。该改性方法操作简单且改性效果好,能有效降低建筑垃圾再生粗骨料的吸水率,明显提高由其制备的再生混凝土拌合物的和易性和硬化混凝土的抗渗性能。
