Negative carbon foam concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses negative carbon foam concrete and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking steel slag raw powder and water according to a certain proportion, uniformly mixing, and introducing carbon dioxide in a wet grinding process to obtain steel slag carbon sequestration slurry A; (2) introducing CO2 gas into the steel slag slurry A to obtain carbon-fixed steel slag slurry B; (3) uniformly stirring the carbon sequestration slurry B, steel slag raw powder and foam to obtain a carbon sequestration admixture C; and (3) mixing the carbon sequestration admixture C with industrial solid waste with carbon sequestration potential, pouring the mixture into a mold for molding, carrying out standard curing to a specified age, demolding, and carrying out carbonization curing to obtain the negative carbon foam concrete. The carbon sequestration efficiency of the front end of the steel slag is improved through wet grinding, the weakening effect of a carbonization layer on the carbonization depth is avoided through CO2 foam, the carbon sequestration amount is greatly increased, and the negative carbon target of the foam concrete is finally achieved with the assistance of carbonization curing.
本发明公开了一种负碳泡沫混凝土及其制备方法。方法如下:(1)按一定比例取钢渣原粉与水,混合均匀后在湿磨过程中通入二氧化碳,得到钢渣固碳浆料A;(2)向钢渣浆体A中通入CO2气体得到固碳钢渣浆料B;(3)将固碳浆料B、钢渣原粉与泡沫搅拌均匀,得到固碳掺和料C;(3)将固碳掺和料C与具备固碳潜力的工业固废混合,倒入模具成型,标养至规定龄期后脱模,经碳化养护后,得到负碳泡沫混凝土。本发明利用湿磨提升了钢渣的前端固碳效率,CO2泡沫规避了碳化层对碳化深度的削弱效果,大大提升了固碳量,辅以碳化养护最终实现了泡沫混凝土的负碳目标。
