The invention provides a preparation method of aluminum nitride powder, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic powder preparation. The method comprises the following steps: mixing an aluminum source, a carbon source, metal chloride and water to obtain a mixed solution; heating the mixed solution, and adding ammonia water to obtain milk white sol; and finally, sequentially carrying out freeze drying, calcination treatment and carbon removal treatment on the milk white sol to obtain the aluminum nitride powder. According to the method, a sol-gel method and a carbon thermal reduction method are combined together, an inorganic salt assisting mode is adopted, the reaction temperature is reduced, the aluminum nitride powder can be prepared at low cost, the prepared aluminum nitride powder has high purity and good sphericity and granularity, and the particle size range of the aluminum nitride powder is 100-500 nm.
本发明提供了一种氮化铝粉体的制备方法,属于陶瓷粉体制备技术领域。本发明首先将铝源、碳源、金属氯化物和水混合,得到混合溶液;再将混合溶液加热后添加氨水,得到乳白色溶胶;最后将乳白色溶胶顺次进行冷冻干燥、煅烧处理、除碳处理,即可得到氮化铝粉体。本发明将溶胶凝胶法和碳热还原法结合在一起,采用无机盐辅助的方式,降低了反应温度,以较低的成本即可制得的氮化铝粉体,并且所制备的氮化铝粉体具有较高的纯度和较好的球形度与粒度,其粒径范围为100~500nm。
