The node cross beam has the beneficial effects that through the longitudinal beam, the node cross beam and the cross joint, welding of the broken position of the node cross beam and the longitudinal beam is achieved, it is avoided that a long hole is formed in the cross beam web, the rigidity of the cross beam web is kept, the out-of-plane deformation resistance is improved, and fatigue diseases are not likely to be caused; the longitudinal beams and the node cross beams are connected through the cross joints which are welded on the node cross beam webs in advance, so that the out-of-plane action of the axial force of the longitudinal beams on the node cross beam webs under the condition that the longitudinal beams are not aligned during site construction can be avoided.
本发明公开了一种密纵梁体系的纵横梁连接构造及施工方法,涉及正交异性钢桥面板设计技术领域,密纵梁体系包括呈井字形设置成梁体机构的多个节点横梁纵梁,纵横梁连接构造包括,包括:十字接头,设置在所述节点横梁的腹板上,且所述十字接头的接口与所述纵梁相接;节间横肋,设置在所述节点横梁之间。本发明的有益效果是:通过纵梁、节点横梁和十字接头,实现节点横梁断开处与纵梁焊接,避免在横梁腹板开长孔,保持了横梁腹板的刚度,提高抗面外变形能力,不容易造成疲劳病害,且横梁腹板上的十字接头预制,使纵梁与节点横梁通过节点横梁腹板上预先焊接的十字接头连接,可避免现场施工时纵梁不对齐情况下纵梁轴力对节点横梁腹板的面外作用。
