The invention discloses a composite anti-seepage structure suitable for an industrial solid waste landfill, and belongs to the technical field of landfill seepage prevention. The structure comprises a leveling layer, an air guide layer/underground water guide and drainage layer, a concrete composite impermeable layer and a drainage layer/leachate guide and drainage layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The concrete composite impermeable layer comprises a two-way reinforcing mesh, transverse and vertical reinforcing ribs, a double-rough-surface HDPE film, a concrete surface layer and an anchoring body, and the two-way reinforcing mesh, the transverse and vertical reinforcing ribs and the double-rough-surface HDPE film are wrapped in the concrete surface layer; the anchoring body is formed by drilling holes in a reservoir area slope soil body or an industrial solid waste pile body, inserting main reinforcements and injecting cement paste to wrap the main reinforcements; and the main ribs are connected with the two-way reinforcing mesh and the transverse and vertical reinforcing ribs, so that the concrete surface layer and the anchoring body form a whole. According to the invention, the stability of the side slope can be obviously improved, so that the industrial solid waste landfill and the industrial solid waste heap can be provided with steep side slopes, and the storage capacity is increased or the occupied area is reduced under the condition that the storage capacity is not changed.
