The invention discloses a refuse landfill anti-seepage foundation pit structure which comprises a matrix soil base layer and a pit body formed in the matrix soil base layer, and further comprises an anti-seepage set arranged on the inner wall of the pit body and used for preventing refuse liquid from immersing into the matrix soil base layer. The anti-seepage group comprises a geosynthetic clay liner fixedly attached to the inner wall of the pit body, a non-woven fabric layer is fixedly attached to the inner wall of the geosynthetic clay liner, and an HDPE geomembrane layer is fixedly attached to the inner wall of the non-woven fabric layer; and the liquid drainage pipeline group is arranged on the inner side of the anti-seepage group and used for draining the garbage liquid out of the pit body, and the liquid drainage pipeline group comprises a liquid immersion groove formed in the inner side of the anti-seepage group. According to the designed anti-seepage foundation pit structure of the refuse landfill, the anti-seepage foundation pit structure is not prone to being scratched, garbage liquid can be extracted, long-term use of the anti-seepage foundation pit structure of the refuse landfill can be effectively guaranteed, meanwhile, garbage odor can be shielded in the non-landfill stage of the refuse landfill, and the influence on the surrounding environment is reduced.
