The invention discloses a construction waste regenerated masonry component and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of civil engineering. The method comprises the following steps: crushing and screening construction waste to prepare recycled coarse aggregate and fine aggregate, then classifying and pre-humidifying, and weighing and proportioning the recycled coarse aggregate, the recycled fine aggregate, cement and fly ash; adding the prepared materials into a mortar mixer, and mixing to a dry and hard state; the inner surface of a mold is brushed with a layer of engine oil, the weighed mixture is put into the mold in batches and beaten to be thick through a wooden hammer till the top face is flat, the mold is covered and pushed to the pressure applying position of a YX-1500K curb and pavement brick hydraulic multipurpose machine for pressing, and unloading and demolding are conducted; and placing the molded test piece on the ground, covering with a plastic curing film, and curing for 28 days under natural conditions to form.
