According to the method, the target mapping curve set of nonlinear illumination is fitted according to the pavement images with different illumination parameters and sight distance parameters, accurate measurement of the crack image is realized, and the problem of large measurement error caused by crack measurement of the pavement image with a single illumination parameter is avoided.
