The invention discloses a device and a method for efficiently spraying reinforced recycled coarse aggregate. The device comprises a reinforced solution storage tank, a spray head, a connecting pipeline, a spray control valve, a vibrating screen, a vibrating screen excitation device, a residual liquid receiver and a system controller. According to the method, a water glass solution with the mass concentration of 20-60% is adopted as a strengthening solution, a circulating spraying mode is adopted in the strengthening method, one spraying cycle comprises spraying of the strengthening solution for 10 s and the interval of 10 s, and a good strengthening effect can be achieved by adopting three spraying cycles. According to the strengthening device and the strengthening method, the apparent density, the crushing value and the water absorption rate of the recycled coarse aggregate can be strengthened and can be improved from grade III to grade II, and the quality of the recycled coarse aggregate can be improved.
本发明的一种高效率喷洒强化再生粗骨料的装置与方法，该装置包含强化溶液储罐、喷头、连接管道、喷洒控制阀、振动筛、振动筛激振装置、余液接收器、系统控制器。该方法将强化溶液采用20‑60％质量浓度的水玻璃溶液，该强化方法采用循环喷洒的方式，其中一个喷洒循环包括喷洒强化溶液10s和间隔10s，采用3个喷洒循环即可取得良好的强化效果。本发明的强化装置与方法，可以再生粗骨料的表观密度、压碎值、吸水率均能得到强化，可由III级提升至II级，有利于再生粗骨料品质的提升。
