The concrete pouring construction technology specifically comprises the following steps that firstly, the width of a road surface needing to be poured is measured, a foundation trench is excavated, soil loosening is conducted on a foundation, and a reinforcement cage is placed in the excavated foundation trench; 2, concrete is stirred through a concrete stirrer, and an anti-cracking material is added into the concrete; thirdly, concrete is poured every 4-6 cm in thickness, the number of times of pouring is 4-6, and the interval time of pouring on every two sides is 30-60 min; according to the invention, an existing one-time pouring forming mode is changed into a multi-time pouring mode, when a thicker concrete pavement is poured, sufficient drying time is provided for concrete, and the phenomena of cracking and sinking caused by inconsistent drying time of the inside and the outside of a concrete layer are avoided; and the strength of the concrete pavement can be further improved, and the defects in an existing pouring mode are overcome.
本发明公开了一种混凝土浇筑施工工艺以及装置,具体包括如下步骤:步骤一:对需要浇筑的路面宽度进行测量,并开挖基槽,进行地基松土,在开挖好的基槽内放置钢筋笼;步骤二:通过混凝土搅拌器对混凝土进行搅拌,并对混凝土中内添加防开裂材料;步骤三:将混凝土以每4~6cm的厚度进行浇筑,浇筑次数为4~6次,每两侧浇筑的间隔时间为30~60min;在本发明中,将现有一次性浇筑成型的方式改为多次浇筑的方式进行,在浇筑较厚的混凝土路面时,给与混凝土充分的干燥时间,避免混凝土层内外部干燥时间不一致而造成开裂与下沉的现象,同时添加的防开裂材料,也能够进一步提升混凝土路面的强度,完善了现有浇筑方式中的不足。
