Construction device and method for jacking, rectifying and replacing support for curved bridge
The invention discloses a construction device and method for replacing a support through jacking and deviation rectifying of a curved bridge. The device comprises a limiting device, a hoisting device and a jacking and deviation rectifying device. The limiting device is mounted at the expansion joint of the bridge floor; the lifting device comprises a fixing device, a connecting piece, a lifting frame, a walking rod, a sling and a tray. The hanging bracket is connected with the fixing device through the connecting piece, the walking rod assembly is slidably connected with the hanging bracket, the two ends of the sling are connected with the walking rod assembly and the tray respectively, and the fixing device is connected with the pier column. The jacking deviation rectifying device is arranged at the top of the pier column and located on the two sides of the support, and the jacking deviation rectifying device comprises a transverse jack, a vertical jack, a base and a sliding assembly; the sliding assembly and the transverse jack are both connected with the base, the output end of the transverse jack is located on the side close to the sliding assembly, and the top of the sliding assembly is connected with the vertical jack. The problems that in the jacking deviation rectifying process of a bridge, beam body lateral sliding overrun accidents happen, a support is difficult to hoist and install, and the top space of a pier column is small, and construction is difficult are solved.
一种曲线桥梁顶升纠偏更换支座施工装置及方法,装置包括:限位装置、吊装装置和顶升纠偏装置;限位装置安装在桥面伸缩缝位置处;吊装装置包括固定装置、连接件、吊架、行走杆、吊索和托盘;所述吊架通过连接件与固定装置连接,行走杆组件与吊架滑动连接,吊索的两端分别与行走杆组件和托盘连接,固定装置与墩柱连接;顶升纠偏装置设置在墩柱顶部且位于支座两侧,顶升纠偏装置包括横向千斤顶、竖向千斤顶、底座和滑动组件;滑动组件和横向千斤顶都与底座连接,横向千斤顶的输出端位于靠近滑动组件一侧,滑动组件顶部与竖向千斤顶连接,本发明解决了桥梁在顶升纠偏过程中梁体侧向滑移超限事故、支座吊运安装困难及墩柱顶部空间小施工困难的问题。
