After the foundation pit is excavated to the elevation of a base, the foundation pit continues to be excavated downwards by 0.5 m; lime soil with the thickness of 30 cm is fully paved, graded broken stone is paved in the foundation contour line, the paving height is 50 cm, and paving of the graded broken stone needs to extend out of the foundation contour line by 30 cm; a road roller with the corresponding ton number is arranged, the graded broken stone layer formed in the third step is compacted, the graded broken stone layer and the 3: 7 lime soil layer in the second step are immersed into the soft soil layer below the 3: 7 lime soil layer, and the graded broken stone layer is compacted; a static load experiment is conducted on the completed base, and if the foundation bearing capacity obtained through the static load experiment meets the design requirement, a concrete strip-shaped foundation is constructed; the method has the advantages of being low in construction cost and short in construction period, and effective treatment of the soft foundation under the strip-shaped foundation is achieved.
