The invention provides a derrick foundation soft foundation treatment method which comprises the following steps: identifying the property and thickness of an underlying rock-soil layer of a derrick foundation according to geotechnical engineering investigation, selecting a bearing stratum, and determining the type of a timber pile; calculating the number of required timber piles according to the drilling machine, basic load and stratum parameters; a foundation pit is excavated, a supporting and retaining device is built, timber piles are driven into the foundation pit, grouting rubbles are laid in the foundation pit to form a timber pile raft composite foundation, and concrete is poured on the upper portions of the grouting rubbles to serve as a derrick foundation. The invention solves the problems that the foundation pit of the subsurface shallow soft foundation of the derrick foundation is not easy to form, the treatment cost is high and the construction period is long, and forms a treatment method which ensures the safety, rapidness and low cost of the derrick foundation.
本发明提出了一种井架基础软弱地基处理方法，包括根据岩土工程勘察识别井架基础下伏岩土层性质及厚度，选取持力层，确定木桩类型；根据钻机和基础荷载及地层参数，计算所需木桩数量；开挖基坑，并搭建支挡装置，在基坑内打入木桩，并在基坑内铺设灌浆片石形成木桩筏板复合地基，灌浆片石上部浇筑混凝土作为井架基础。本发明解决井架基础下伏浅层软弱地基基坑不易成形、处理费用高、施工周期长，形成一种确保井架基础安全、快速且成本低的处理方法。
