The invention discloses a UHPC-NC composite structure underground diaphragm wall structure and a construction method. The UHPC-NC composite structure underground diaphragm wall structure is formed by vertically overlapping and fixedly connecting single-layer underground diaphragm walls. The single-layer underground diaphragm wall is formed by arranging and connecting a plurality of caisson units, connecting box units and corner column units, the opposite faces of all unit components on the same layer are connected through convex rails and guide grooves which are matched with each other, and all the unit components which are adjacent up and down are fixedly connected through corresponding wall face splicing boxes and corner column splicing boxes. Mutually matched clamping pieces are arranged between the transversely adjacent wall surface splicing boxes as well as between the corner post splicing boxes and the wall surface splicing boxes; all the components are made of UHPC materials, and filling bodies are arranged in inner cavities of the components. The construction method can be one-time sinking after the complete single-layer underground diaphragm wall is assembled, and can also be sequential sinking of all the components. The method is high in quality, high in efficiency, low in cost and low in influence; extremely high corrosion resistance and durability are realized; and factory prefabrication and assembly type construction are adopted, the material consumption is reduced, carbon emission is reduced, and social benefits and economic benefits are remarkable.
