The T-shaped foundation bolt mounting device comprises an anchor plate, a sleeve welded to the upper portion of the anchor plate and used for mounting a T-shaped foundation bolt, a locking and bottom sinking preventing device welded to the lower portion of the anchor plate, and a sealing box welded to the lower portion of the anchor plate and used for isolating concrete. A rectangular through hole of which the size is slightly larger than that of a T-shaped head of the T-shaped foundation bolt is formed in the anchor plate, so that the T-shaped head of the T-shaped foundation bolt can penetrate through the rectangular through hole at an angle overlapped with the rectangular through hole; the stop bottom sinking prevention device is U-shaped round steel, the two ends of the U-shaped round steel are welded to the edges of the two long sides of the rectangular through hole respectively, the T-shaped head can make contact with the U-shaped round steel after penetrating through the rectangular through hole to rotate by a certain angle, the T-shaped head is prevented from continuously rotating, and meanwhile the T-shaped foundation bolt is prevented from sinking into the box bottom. The T-shaped foundation bolt is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost and convenient to operate during hoisting and fixing, the T-shaped foundation bolt does not need to be lifted by hands all the time, and safety is good.
