The auxiliary installation device for the equipment and the foundation bolt comprises a supporting frame, a pay-off wheel installed on the supporting frame and a rope wound around the pay-off wheel, one end of the rope freely droops to form a pay-off end, a positioning part is installed at the pay-off end, and the pay-off end is connected with the pay-off wheel. And the connection point of the pay-off end and the positioning part is located on the center line of the positioning part. The problems that when equipment is installed, alignment is difficult, and the installation efficiency is low are solved.
