The safe grain inspection facility is installed on the squat silo and comprises an eave gutter arranged on the bottom edge of the outer side of a silo top by a circle, an inspection door arranged on the upper portion of a silo wall, an outer platform arranged on the outer side of the silo wall, an inner platform arranged on the inner side of the silo wall and a connecting ladder communicating the eave gutter with the outer platform. The inner platform and the outer platform directly face the inner side and the outer side of the inspection door respectively, and handrails are arranged on the inner platform and the outer platform. The facility does not need to climb an arching surface during grain checking, the whole process is simple, potential safety hazards are avoided, the integrity and air tightness of a waterproof layer and a heat preservation layer on the top of the granary are not affected, and complex construction operation of arching surface installation is avoided.
