The invention relates to the technical field of saline-alkali soil improvement, and particularly discloses soil improvement equipment for crop planting and a use method of the soil improvement equipment. The improved plot is arranged between the backflow channel and the fresh water tank, and the backflow channel is connected with one end of a furrow of the improved plot; the flood irrigation water pipe is arranged on the vertical wall of the fresh water tank and is used for outputting the water solution in the fresh water tank into the furrows; the flooding valves are arranged on the flooding water pipes; the water storage well is formed in one side of the improved plot; the backflow pipe communicates with the backflow channel and the water storage well. The rain collecting shed is arranged on the upper surface of the improved land parcel; the head and tail ends of the rain collecting shed are respectively connected with the fresh water tank and the backflow channel; the water treatment module is connected with the water storage well and the fresh water tank for purifying the water solution; and the soil improvement module is buried in the soil of the improved land parcel. The method overcomes the defect that in the prior art, the soil improvement effect is short in lasting period, and has the advantage of being high in practicability.
