The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant building intelligent aggregate as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The intelligent aggregate comprises a cement-based cementing material, a radio frequency identification material, a stress release material, a magnetic wave-absorbing agent, a water reducing agent and water, wherein the stress release material is plant fiber or organic fiber which can be decomposed or melted at 150-300 DEG C. By adding the stress release material into the intelligent aggregate, the stress release material can be decomposed or melted at a high temperature, so that holes and channels are left in the aggregate, water vapor pressure generated by the high temperature in the intelligent aggregate is released, and cracking failure caused by air pressure rise in the intelligent aggregate is avoided; the intelligent aggregate is ensured to have a wider temperature application range, so that the application requirements of quality control, information management, product traceability and the like of concrete products, prefabricated parts and cast-in-place structures in a temperature section from normal temperature to high temperature are met, and the intelligent aggregate has a wide application prospect.
