The invention discloses flame-retardant sound-insulation polyurethane foam as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The flame-retardant sound-insulation polyurethane foam is prepared from raw materials including a component A and a component B, the component A is prepared from the following components in parts by mass through reaction: 30 to 50 parts of polyether polyol-1, 10 to 20 parts of formaldehyde, 0 to 10 parts of paraformaldehyde, 20 to 30 parts of melamine, 1 to 10 parts of furfuryl amine and 2 to 8 parts of bismaleimide; the component B is prepared from the following components in parts by mass through reaction: 25 to 45 parts of polyether polyols 2, 5 to 20 parts of isocyanate 1 and 40 to 70 parts of isocyanate 2. The foam material prepared by the invention has the advantages of high foam aperture ratio, fine foam holes, high foam strength, excellent flame retardant property and the like, can be quickly formed by a one-step method, is high in curing speed, can be formed by spraying, and is suitable for sound insulation requirements of complex shapes under different construction conditions.
