The invention discloses a method for arranging curtain grouting holes at an axis turning, which comprises the following steps of: (1) calculating the horizontal projection lengths of two adjacent grouting holes on different axes on a plane according to the design value of a curtain grouting bottom line and the inclination angles of the grouting holes, and marking (2) selecting two points between the two adjacent grouting holes, (3) connecting the tail end marks of the horizontal projections of the two adjacent grouting holes in the step (1) by using an arc line, and dividing the arc line into three equal parts, and (4) upstream drilling is carried out in the drilling surface of the grouting reinforcing hole from the drilling position of the grouting reinforcing hole, the drilling angle is the same as that of the two adjacent grouting holes, and the drilling depth is the average value of the depths of the two adjacent grouting holes. The leakage of the grouting curtain at the turning position can be avoided, and leakage of the dam foundation is reduced.
