The invention discloses an anti-freezing and anti-pulling device in engineering, the anti-freezing and anti-pulling device is composed of a cement pile and a fixing device, the fixing device comprises a fixing cylinder, fixing teeth, a steel pile head, a rubber pad and a steel shaft, the fixing teeth are fixed in a rectangular groove of the fixing cylinder through the steel shaft, the fixing teeth can rotate around the steel shaft, the vertical part of each fixing tooth has a certain inclination angle, and the cement pile head is fixed on the fixing cylinder. The steel pile head can conveniently enter the fixing cylinder; a groove is formed in the lower portion of the fixing cylinder and can be meshed with the protruding part of the steel pile head to be fixed, the rubber pad is arranged in the groove, the rubber pad jacks the fixing teeth towards the center of the fixing cylinder, the groove of the fixing teeth is meshed and fixed with the protrusion of the steel pile head, and the steel pile head cannot be separated once entering the groove. Combination is simple and effective, actual construction is convenient and fast, the fixing teeth can be unfolded without other equipment, and fixing between the fixing teeth and the cement pile and anchoring between the fixing teeth and frozen soil can be achieved only through the gravity effect of free falling of the cement pile.
