The steel pile head can conveniently enter the fixing cylinder; a groove is formed in the lower portion of the fixing cylinder and can be meshed with the protruding part of the steel pile head to be fixed, the rubber pad is arranged in the groove, the rubber pad jacks the fixing teeth towards the center of the fixing cylinder, the groove of the fixing teeth is meshed and fixed with the protrusion of the steel pile head, and the steel pile head cannot be separated once entering the groove.
