A steel reinforcement cage is arranged in the steel pipe restrained reinforced concrete column, and the externally-wrapped steel pipe is disconnected at the beam-column joint. The independent steel pipes welded with the studs are arranged in the node ring beam and are main stress components, effective reinforcement of the node area can be achieved by thickening the independent steel pipes, stirrups in a traditional reinforced concrete beam column node can be replaced, and the technical problem of construction of an existing node area is solved.
