According to the method, a hot solution is used for promoting dissolution of a water glass wrapping layer on the surface of the wastewater glass molding sand, calcium ions in a cement saturated solution react with dissolved water glass to form calcium silicate, and the wastewater glass molding sand is activated through functional groups of tartaric acid, so that the purpose of functionalization of the wastewater glass molding sand is achieved. The method is simple to operate and low in cost, and has a wide application prospect under the background of shortage of raw materials in the building material market.
本发明公开了一种废水玻璃型砂功能化方法及其制备的碱激发矿渣混凝土,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)将水泥与水混合,静置一定时间后,取出上清液作为饱和水泥溶液;(2)将酒石酸加入到饱和水泥溶液中,将溶液加热到一定温度;(3)将废水玻璃型砂加入其中,搅拌后静置一定时间,经过滤干燥后,制得活化废水玻璃型砂。本发明利用热溶液促使废水玻璃型砂表面水玻璃包裹层溶解,通过利用水泥饱和溶液中的钙离子与溶解的水玻璃反应形成硅酸钙,并通过酒石酸的功能基团活化废水玻璃型砂,实现对其功能化的目的。本发明操作简单,成本低廉,在建材市场原料紧缺的背景下,具有广阔的应用前景。
