MCMB-based laser 3D printing Cf/SiC composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a laser 3D printing Cf/SiC composite material based on MCMB and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the Cf/SiC composite material comprises the following steps: carrying out dry ball milling on short carbon fibers, silicon carbide, an organic binder and mesocarbon microbeads MCMB to obtain Cf/SiC/MCMB composite powder, carrying out laser 3D printing molding to obtain a porous Cf/SiC printed body, and finally carrying out degreasing and siliconizing sintering to obtain the Cf/SiC composite material. Wherein in terms of 100 vol% of the total volume of the Cf/SiC/MCMB composite powder, the volume ratio of the short carbon fibers is 5-65 vol%, the volume ratio of the silicon carbide is 15-75 vol%, the volume ratio of the organic binder is 15-30 vol%, and the volume ratio of the mesocarbon microbeads is 5-40 vol%.
