本発明は、ＭＣＭＢ製造方法に関し、ａ）原料ピッチを前処理する段階と、ｂ）前処理したピッチを塩と混合する段階と、ｃ）前記ピッチと塩の混合物を粉砕撹拌する段階と、ｄ）前記粉砕した混合物を１５０～３００℃の温度で３０～１８０分間加熱撹拌し、原料ピッチを熱分解および重合反応させて、メソフェーズピッチを製造する段階と、ｅ）加熱撹拌した混合物を冷却させた後、塩を除去する段階と、ｆ）塩が除去されたメソフェーズピッチを後処理し、ＭＣＭＢを製造する段階と、を含んでもよい。【選択図】図１
The present invention relates to an MCMB preparation method and may comprise the steps of a) pre-treating raw pitch, b) mixing the pre-treated pitch with a salt, c) pulverizing and stirring the pitch and salt mixture, (d) heating and stirring the pulverized mixture at a temperature of 150-300°C for 30-180 minutes to pyrolyze and polymerize the raw pitch and accordingly prepare mesophase pitch, e) cooling the heated and stirred mixture and removing a salt therefrom, and f) post-processing the mesophase pitch from which a salt has been removed to prepare MCMB.
