Fabricated insert plate pavement base and forming method thereof
The invention discloses an assembly type insertion plate pavement base layer and a forming method thereof. The pavement base layer comprises two rows of oppositely arranged L-shaped modules and T-shaped modules arranged between the two rows of L-shaped modules, wherein the two rows of L-shaped modules are spliced in a sequential and continuous staggered insertion mode, and the T-shaped modules are arranged between the two rows of L-shaped modules. The construction method comprises the following steps: designing the shapes and the sizes of the two modules, prefabricating and curing concrete of the two modules, constructing a subbase layer of the pavement, hoisting and splicing the two modules, constructing a stress absorbing layer, a bonding layer, a surface layer and other subsidiary facilities of the pavement structure, and the like. The prefabricated module has the advantages that the two modules are spliced in an inserted mode and overlapped in a staggered mode, a pull rod and a dowel bar of a common concrete pavement do not need to be arranged, construction procedures are reduced, construction materials are saved, the plate arching phenomenon caused by temperature expansion of the prefabricated module can be relieved, upward reflection of splicing seams is avoided while upper loads are effectively shared, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the practicability is high.
本发明公开了一种装配式插合板路面基层及其构成方法,所述的路面基层包括以依次连续错位插合的方式完成拼接的两列相向放置的L型模块和设置在两列L型模块之间的T型模块;其构成方包括两种模块外形与尺度的设计、两种模块的混凝土预制及养生、路面底基层的施工、两种模块的吊装与拼接及路面结构应力吸收层、粘层、面层及其它附属设施的施工等步骤。本发明的优点在于:两种模块的插合拼装与交错搭接,无需再设置普通砼路面的拉杆和传力杆,既减少了施工工序,也节约了施工材料,还能减缓因预制模块温度膨胀引起的板块拱起现象,并在有效分担上部荷载的同时避免拼接缝向上反射,具有很好的实用性。
