The invention provides an FRP pipe-steel-concrete combined pier. A pier body of the FRP pipe-steel-concrete combined pier is formed by combining an FRP pipe on the outer side, a steel pipe on the inner side and a dry plate and pouring concrete. The FRP pipe on the outer side is good in corrosion resistance, and the situation that the FRP pipe and concrete in the FRP pipe are corroded can be effectively avoided; the strength, the bearing capacity and the durability of the pier body can be effectively enhanced through the internal steel pipes and steel plates; no concrete is poured in the steel pipe, so that the pier body has good ductility; meanwhile, after the pier is maintained, replaced or abandoned in the later period, the FRP pipe on the outer layer is easy to dismantle, concrete can fall off conveniently, and steel can be recycled.
