本发明涉及一种在拼接缝处加强的无腹筋UHPC节段拼装梁结构及其建造方法,将多段没有配置抗剪钢筋的UHPC节段梁依次拼装,预应力钢绞线将各UHPC节段梁连接,相邻UHPC节段梁之间形成拼接缝;在拼接缝两侧,相邻两段UHPC节段梁上设置成组的高强螺栓;对于每段UHPC节段梁,多根高强螺栓预埋在UHPC节段梁的底部和侧面下部;加强钢板上设置螺栓孔,一组高强螺栓穿过一块加强钢板的螺栓孔,高强螺栓的端部通过螺帽锁紧;UHPC节段梁的侧面上部粘贴纤维增强复合材料层将拼接缝覆盖。本发明加强接缝受力,使各UHPC节段梁能形成整体受力,提高无腹筋UHPC节段拼装梁的承载能力,属于预制桥梁结构领域。
