The invention relates to an all-casing process prefabricated expanded-base reinforced composite pile and a construction method thereof. The all-casing process prefabricated expanded-base reinforced composite pile is composed of a PHC pipe pile prefabricated part, an expanded-head prefabricated part, heterotopic curing powder backfill soil and an end reinforcing body. After the PHC pipe pile prefabricated part and the expanded head prefabricated part are hoisted into the casing pipe, the end reinforcing bodies and the different-position curing powder backfill soil are formed in a recharging mode in sequence, and therefore the prefabricated expanded-base reinforced composite pile manufactured through the full-casing-pipe process is formed. The pile end bearing capacity of the pile foundation can be remarkably improved, construction is convenient and fast, slurry pollution is avoided, disturbance to surrounding soil is avoided, the method is suitable for various soil layers and can also enter rocks, and economic benefits are high.
