The diameter-expanded casing pipe concrete pile comprises a prefabricated conical tip, a pile body sleeve and a prefabricated pile head which are connected from bottom to top, the pile body sleeve is formed by alternately connecting a plastic casing pipe and a diameter-expanded casing pipe, the inner side of the diameter-expanded casing pipe is sleeved with a stiffening cylinder, the stiffening cylinder is composed of two rigid rings and a plurality of stiffening ribs, the rigid rings are located at the upper end and the lower end of the diameter-expanded casing pipe, the stiffening ribs are distributed in the circumferential direction of the rigid rings, and the rigid rings are fixedly connected with the stiffening ribs; the two ends of the diameter-expanded casing pipe are supported through the rigid rings, and the main body of the diameter-expanded casing pipe is supported through the stiffening ribs. Under the grouting pressure, the diameter-expanded casing pipe expands, the diameter-expanded casing pipe can be in close contact with a pile side soil body, and therefore pile side friction resistance can be rapidly generated; and a plastic drainage plate can timely discharge excess pore water pressure generated by driving the concrete pile, so that the strength of a soft soil foundation is effectively improved, and the bearing capacity of the diameter-expanded casing pipe concrete pile is further improved.
