The invention discloses a detachable self-locking connecting node between module building units, which comprises a horizontal connecting plate, a self-locking device arranged at the bottom of an upper module column, and a fixing piece and a connecting bolt which are arranged at the top of a lower module column, a horizontally arranged telescopic sliding block is arranged in the self-locking device, the fixing piece is provided with a fixing plate, and the connecting bolt is arranged on the fixing plate. A limiting sleeve is arranged in the center of the fixing plate, a connecting bolt is connected into the limiting sleeve, and a chamfer face and an inner hexagonal hole which are matched with the inclined face of the sliding block are formed in the top of the connecting bolt. During installation, the self-locking device moves downwards to be in butt joint with the limiting sleeve, and a bolt cap of the connecting bolt pushes the sliding block to move into the sliding groove till the sliding block and the limiting sleeve are separated; the sliding block extends out to clamp a step face below a bolt cap of the connecting bolt, the limiting sleeve is inserted into a center limiting hole of the lock body, and the lock body is pressed on the horizontal connecting plate. Self-locking connection and quick unlocking can be achieved, operation space does not need to be reserved, meanwhile, the device is suitable for middle column, side column and corner column joint forms, the structure is simple, and mounting and dismounting are convenient.
