The invention provides a detachable connecting joint between conical head bolt steel structure module building units. The detachable connecting joint comprises an upper corner piece (5), a lower corner piece (6), a connecting plate (7), an internal and external thread nut (8), a positioning rod (9) and a connecting bolt (10), wherein an upper module column (1) and a floor beam (2) are fixedly connected to the upper corner piece (5), and a lower module column (3) and a ceiling beam (4) are fixedly connected to the lower corner piece (6). The upper part of the connecting bolt (10) is a hexagonal prism top (17), and the lower part of the connecting bolt (10) is a conical head thread (18); an internal thread of the internal and external thread nut (8) has taper and is matched with the conical head thread (18), and a hexagonal prism notch (19) is formed in the upper end of the internal and external thread nut (8); a conical head chamfer is arranged at the top of the positioning rod (9), so that centering and positioning of a module are facilitated; and a top plate opening (11) is formed in the upper corner piece, the hole diameter is larger than the outer wrapping size of the connecting bolt (10), and a positioning hole (13) and a bottom plate opening (12) are formed in the bottom of the upper corner piece.
