The invention discloses a coal chemical gasification slag sintered brick and a preparation method thereof. The sintered brick is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of coarse gasification slag; 8-15 parts of fine gasified slag; 35 to 75 parts of construction waste; 5 to 15 parts of straw fiber; 10 to 20 parts of acrylic emulsion; and 0.1-1 part of an additive. By introducing the plant fibers, the acrylic emulsion and the metal powder, the yield, the compressive strength, the thermal insulation performance and the heat insulation performance of the obtained sintered brick are greatly improved, the yield reaches 95% or above, and the compressive strength ranges from 28 MPa to 30 MPa.
本发明公开了一种煤化工气化渣烧结砖及其制备方法,该烧结砖主要由以下重量份的原料制成:气化渣粗渣30~50份;气化渣细渣8~15份;建筑垃圾35~75份;秸秆纤维5~15份;丙烯酸乳液10~20份;添加剂0.1~1份。本发明通过引入植物纤维、丙烯酸乳液和金属粉,大大提高了所得的烧结砖的成品率、抗压强度、保温性能和隔热性能,其成品率达到95%以上,抗压强度在28~30MPa之间。
