In the raw materials of the gasified ash sintered brick, the mixing ratio of the gasified ash is greatly increased, the calorific value of carbon residues in the gasified ash can be fully utilized, heat needed in the subsequent roasting process is self-sufficient, fire coal is not needed, energy is saved, and the carbon residues in the gasified ash are high in ignition point and slow in combustion heat release; non-mechanical cracks caused by green brick stress can be effectively avoided, and then the mechanical strength of the gasified ash sintered brick is improved.
