Permanent magnetic ferrite material for automobile starting motor
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of permanent magnetic ferrite materials, and discloses a permanent magnetic ferrite material for an automobile starting motor, the permanent magnetic ferrite material is obtained by preparing two kinds of ferrite main phase pre-sintering material powder, mixing and ball-milling the pre-sintering material powder, pressing into a green body, sintering and post-processing, and the permanent magnetic ferrite material is prepared by utilizing a ball-milling and screening system. A traditional ball milling process is improved, so that the particle size of the obtained magnetic powder is kept in a range of 0.5-0.8 [mu] m, and the problems that in order to obtain permanent magnetic ferrite particles meeting conditions, the particles are not uniform, the magnetic domain of the magnetic powder is damaged, and nonmagnetic substances are generated to reduce the magnetism in the ball milling process are solved; after the pre-sintered material powder is subjected to ball milling, blank pressing, sintering and post-treatment by a ball milling and screening system, the obtained permanent magnetic ferrite has very high magnetic performance at room temperature, the residual magnetism can reach 4000-4600 Gs, and the intrinsic coercive force can reach 370-440 kA/m.
本发明涉及永磁铁氧体材料制备技术领域,公开了一种用于汽车启动电机的永磁铁氧体材料,通过制备两种铁氧体主相预烧料粉末、将预烧料粉末混合球磨、压制生胚、烧结、后处理后得到永磁铁氧体材料,利用球磨筛分系统,改进传统球磨工艺,使得到的磁粉粒径保持在0.5‑0.8μm范围内,解决了在球磨过程中,为了得到符合条件的永磁铁氧体微粒,多次球磨导致的微粒不均匀、磁粉磁畴受损、以及产生非磁性物质以降低磁性的问题,此外,预烧料粉末经过球磨分筛系统球磨、压制生胚、烧结、以及后处理之后,所得的永磁铁氧体在室温下就具有很高的磁性能,可以达到4000‑4600Gs的剩磁,以及370‑440kA/m的内禀矫顽力。
