The invention discloses an anti-blocking pulse type recharge well device and a using method thereof. The device comprises a pulse micro-vibration system, a recharge well structure system, a water injection recharge system and a backfill well cementation system. A backfill well cementation system is arranged on the outermost layer of the anti-blocking pulse type recharge well device, the inner layer of the backfill well cementation system is tightly attached to a recharge well structure system, the recharge well structure system is externally connected with a water injection recharge system, and a pulse micro-vibration system is arranged in a well casing of the recharge well structure system; according to the device, a pulse dynamic load system is started after water injection recharge, exhaust pressurization and flow monitoring and judgment, stress redistribution between blockages and a sand layer is promoted, then automatic underground water recharge is achieved, and compared with an existing underground water recharge method, the working efficiency is effectively improved.
