Integrated steel casing sinking device and using method thereof
The invention discloses an integrated steel casing sinking device and a using method thereof. The device comprises a spiral drill rod, and the outer wall of the spiral drill rod is provided with paddle-shaped blades which continuously rotate and ascend; the motion isolation unit comprises a positioning assembly, a positioning base body, a clamping groove formed in the wall of the steel casing and a clamping unit; the elastic centering unit comprises an abutting wheel, a rotary connecting block, a sliding telescopic rod, a centering spring arranged on the outer wall of the sliding telescopic rod in a sleeving mode, a tail limiting groove and a drilling condition sensing unit. The spiral drill rod is used as a piling drill bit, so that the technical effect of excavating a soil layer is achieved, and meanwhile, the excavated soil can be automatically conveyed upwards by utilizing a spirally ascending paddle-shaped blade structure; in addition, the motion state of the drill bit is isolated through the motion isolation device, motion isolation between the steel casing and the spiral drill rod rotating in the middle is achieved on the whole, and rotation of the steel casing caused by motion of the spiral drill rod is effectively blocked.
本发明公开了一种一体式钢护筒沉放装置及其使用方法,装置包括:螺旋钻杆,所述螺旋钻杆外壁设有连续旋转上升的桨状叶片;运动隔离单元,其包括定位组件,定位基体、设置在钢护筒壁上的卡接槽、卡接单元;弹力对中单元,所述弹力对中单元包括抵接轮、转动连接块、滑动伸缩杆、套设于所述滑动伸缩杆外壁的对中弹簧、尾部限位槽、钻况传感单元。通过螺旋钻杆作为打桩钻头,不仅实现了挖掘土层的技术效果,而且可同时利用螺旋上升的桨状叶片结构,实现将挖掘出的土壤自动往上运输;此外,通过采用运动隔离装置将钻头的运动状态进行隔离,整体而言实现了钢护筒与在中间转动的螺旋钻杆之间的运动隔离,有效阻隔了因螺旋钻杆的运动导致的钢护筒转动。
