The invention relates to the technical field of pile foundation construction equipment, and discloses a positioning and guiding mechanism for sinking of a steel casing. The positioning and guiding mechanism comprises a connecting sleeve, wherein two groups of positioning sleeves are fixedly installed on the upper and lower ends of the connecting sleeve, a positioning steel rope with one end fixedly connected with the surface is wound on the outer surface of each positioning sleeve, and the other end of a reset steel rope and the other end of the positioning steel rope are respectively wound and fixed to the outer surface of a transmission wheel set which is movably connected to a pile foundation construction platform in a sleeving mode. According to the positioning and guiding mechanism for sinking of the steel casing, the two groups of positioning sleeves are arranged on the connecting sleeve, and the structural design of the positioning sleeves are matched, so that the positioning and guiding operation on the steel casing can be achieved on the outer surface in the vertical direction of the steel casing; and compared with an existing positioning and guiding mechanism, the phenomenon of inclination in the sinking process under the flowing impact of seawater can be effectively avoided, and the stability and the reliability are high, so that the sinking precision is effectively increased.
