The invention provides a construction method for inserting reinforcing steel bars of a vertical structure of a building in advance. Hydraulic creeping formwork systems are arranged on the outer side of a building and in a shaft; after mold closing of the pouring layer is completed, concrete pouring is conducted through a material distributing machine; during pouring, upper-layer wall column steel bars are bound on the steel bar binding layer; after pouring is completed, hydraulic creeping formwork system lifting operation is conducted, and formwork installation and reinforcing steel bar binding operation of the rest part of the upper layer are completed; and the mold closing pouring operation is conducted again, meanwhile, upper-layer wall column steel bar binding is conducted, and the steps are repeated till all main body structures are completed. Various operating platforms are provided for carrying out flyover crossing operation, the shutdown interval between civil engineering concrete pouring and upper-layer steel bar binding is fully reduced, the construction period can be effectively shortened, the economic benefit is good, the operability is high, and the safety is high.
本发明提供了一种建筑竖向结构钢筋提前穿插施工方法。通过设置建筑外侧和井筒内液压爬模系统;在浇筑层合模完成后,使用布料机进行混凝土的浇筑;浇筑的同时,在钢筋绑扎层进行上层墙柱钢筋绑扎;浇筑完成后,进行液压爬模体系提升作业,并完成上层其余部分的模架安装及钢筋绑扎作业;再次进行合模浇筑作业,同时进行上层墙柱钢筋绑扎,如此循环,直至完成所有主体结构。本发明通过提供多种操作平台进行立体交叉作业,充分减少了土建混凝土浇筑与上层钢筋绑扎之间的停工间歇,能够有效缩短工期,经济效益好,可操作性强,安全性高。
