The actuating assembly comprises a second outer pipe and a transmission screw penetrating through the second outer pipe, the second outer pipe axially extends to form a plurality of elastic arms arranged around the transmission screw at intervals, the outer side face of each elastic arm is provided with an outer tooth structure, the inner side face of each elastic arm is provided with a hook portion in a protruding mode, and the second outer pipe is connected with the first outer pipe in an inserted mode. The internal threads are in threaded connection with the external thread structures, and one end of the transmission screw protrudes out of the first outer pipe to be in butt joint with the driving unit. And the bearing is sleeved with the transmission screw rod, and each hook part is clamped with the outer edge of the bearing. Therefore, the two-section type electric supporting rod convenient to assemble is provided.
