Oriented fiber reinforced UHPC shield segment and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of tunnel shield method construction, in particular to an oriented fiber reinforced UHPC shield segment and a preparation method. The shield segment is formed by pouring UHPC of directional fibers, and the directional fibers are directionally arranged in the axial direction of the shield segment and the annular direction of the segment. The oriented fibers arranged in the axial direction of the shield segment are basalt fibers; and the oriented fibers which are directionally arranged along the annular direction of the duct piece are steel fibers. The thickness of the duct piece can be reduced by 10%-20%, the self weight is reduced, the consumption of raw materials is low, and the transportation cost can be reduced; and the UHPC has good compactness and impermeability, cracks in the plastic stage of concrete can be more effectively prevented through the superposed fiber three-dimensional space structure, the crack resistance is improved, and the durability and the waterproof and impermeable performance of the duct piece are improved.
本发明涉及隧道盾构法施工领域,尤其是涉及一种定向纤维增强的UHPC盾构管片及制备方法。盾构管片由定向纤维的UHPC浇筑而成,定向纤维分别沿盾构管片轴向及管片环向定向排布;沿盾构管片轴向排布的定向纤维为玄武岩纤维;沿管片环向定向排布的定向纤维为钢纤维。本发明可以减小管片厚度10%‑20%,减轻自重,原材料消耗少,且能够降低运输成本;可以提高管片的抗压和抗拉强度,UHPC良好的密实性和抗渗性,叠加纤维三维空间结构更能够有效地阻止混凝土塑性阶段裂缝的产生,提高抗裂性,改善管片的耐久性和防水抗渗性能。
