According to the fabric reinforced UHPC permanent formwork and the preparation method thereof, UHPC is reinforced through continuous fiber gridding cloth, the material toughness is improved, the tensile property is further improved, and the fabric reinforced UHPC permanent formwork is more suitable for being applied to a thin-wall structure. The characteristics of light weight and high strength of fabric reinforced UHPC are utilized, a permanent formwork is formed through a folding prefabrication preparation method, and the permanent formwork can replace a temporary formwork during concrete pouring, is free of disassembly after being formed and serves as a permanent component to bear various loads in the construction stage and the use stage. According to the permanent formwork, the construction period can be obviously shortened, the construction efficiency and the structural mechanical property are effectively improved, and meanwhile the durability of a concrete member is improved.
本发明公开了一种织物增强UHPC永久模壳及其制备方法,以连续纤维网格布增强UHPC,改善了材料韧性及进一步提高抗拉性能,使其更加适宜薄壁结构的应用。利用织物增强UHPC轻质高强的特点,通过翻折预制的制备方法,形成永久性模壳,可在混凝土浇筑时替代临时模板,同时在成型后免于拆除,并作为永久构件承受施工阶段以及使用阶段的各种荷载。本发明的永久模壳可明显缩短施工工期,有效提高施工效率、结构力学性能,同时有助于混凝土构件耐久性能的提高。
