Municipal sludge drying and cement production line coupling system and method
The invention discloses a municipal sludge drying and cement production line coupling system and method. The municipal sludge drying and cement production line coupling system comprises an indirect drying system, a belt type drying system, a waste gas treatment system, a pre-combustion system and a co-treatment system. Steam of the waste heat boiler enters the indirect drying system to indirectly heat the wet sludge to obtain semi-dry sludge; granulating the semi-dry sludge to obtain granulated sludge, and feeding the granulated sludge into a belt drying system to be in contact with kiln head hot air for further drying to obtain dry sludge; condensed water generated after the steam exchanges heat with wet sludge is fed into a belt type drying system, exchanges heat with kiln head hot air, is cooled and then enters a deaerator; the dried gas is condensed and dewatered and then is fed into a high-temperature section of the grate cooler; environmental waste gas is fed into a high-temperature section of the grate cooler or discharged after being deodorized; the dry sludge is fed into the pre-combustion system and makes contact with high-temperature air of the grate cooler for pre-incineration, and generated high-temperature flue gas and ash residues are fed into the decomposing furnace. Multiple waste heat sources of the cement production line are fully utilized to dry the sludge to the maximum extent, the heat value of the sludge is increased, and meanwhile environmental pollution is avoided.
本发明公开了一种市政污泥干化与水泥生产线耦合的系统及方法,包括间接干化系统、带式烘干系统、废气处置系统、预燃系统和协同处置系统。余热锅炉的蒸汽进入间接干化系统对湿污泥间接加热得到半干污泥;半干污泥经造粒后得到造粒污泥,送入带式烘干系统与窑头热风接触进一步干化得到干污泥;蒸汽经与湿污泥换热后产生凝结水送入带式烘干系统,与窑头热风换热降温后进入除氧器;干化气经冷凝除水后送入篦冷机高温段;环境废气送入篦冷机高温段或除臭后排放;干污泥送入预燃系统,与篦冷机高温风接触进行预焚烧,产生的高温烟气和灰渣送入分解炉。本发明充分利用水泥生产线的多种余热源对污泥进行最大程度的干化,提高污泥热值,同时避免环境污染。
