System and method for improving amount of municipal sludge co-processed by cement production line
The invention discloses a system and method for increasing the amount of municipal sludge co-processed by a cement production line. The system comprises a sludge indirect drying system, a waste gas processing system, a sludge pre-incineration system and a co-processing system. Steam of the waste heat boiler enters the sludge indirect drying system to indirectly heat the sludge to obtain dry sludge, and the dry sludge is fed into the sludge pre-incineration system to be in contact with high-temperature air led out by a tertiary air pipe in the sludge pre-incineration system for pre-incineration; the steam exchanges heat with the sludge to generate condensate water; the condensate water is deoxygenized by a deaerator and then is fed into a waste heat boiler; the dried gas is sent to a high-temperature section of a grate cooler after being condensed and dewatered, and generated environmental waste gas is sent to the high-temperature section of the grate cooler through a waste gas treatment system or discharged after being deodorized; and high-temperature flue gas and ash generated after pre-incineration are fed into a decomposing furnace, or the ash is cooled and then fed into a cement raw material batching system or other comprehensive utilization systems. According to the invention, on the premise of ensuring stable quality and environmental protection of a cement kiln system and clinker, the treatment amount of municipal sludge is greatly increased.
本发明公开了一种提高水泥生产线协同处置市政污泥量的系统及方法,包括污泥间接干化系统、废气处置系统、污泥预焚烧系统和协同处置系统。余热锅炉的蒸汽进入污泥间接干化系统对污泥进行间接加热得到干污泥,干污泥送入污泥预焚烧系统,与三次风管引出的高温风在污泥预焚烧系统内接触进行预焚烧;蒸汽经与污泥换热后产生冷凝水再经除氧器除氧后送入余热锅炉;干化气经冷凝除水后送入篦冷机高温段,产生的环境废气经废气处置系统送入篦冷机高温段或除臭后排放;经预焚烧后产生的高温烟气和灰渣送入分解炉,或者灰渣经冷却后送入水泥原料配料系统或其他综合利用系统。本发明保证水泥窑系统和熟料质量稳定及环保的前提下,大幅提高市政污泥的处置量。
