The colored concrete comprises 300-400 parts of cement; 55-60 parts of mineral powder; 3-20 parts of silica fume; 800 to 870 parts of sand; 950 to 1200 parts of stone; 0-30 parts of fiber; 0 to 30 parts of metakaolin; 7.2 to 10 parts of an air entraining type water reducing agent; 160-200 parts of water, 15-25 parts of toner and 0.1-1 part of emulsion. The cement, the mineral powder, the silica fume, the sand, the pebbles, the fibers, the metakaolin, the air-entraining water reducer, the water, the toner and the emulsion are reasonably proportioned, so that the dispersion uniformity of the toner can be improved, and the dispersion effect of the toner is further improved in cooperation with electrostatic repulsion generated between cement particles and the toner; and it is ensured that the toner can be well dispersed in the colored concrete.
