The cement, the mineral powder, the silica fume, the sand, the pebbles, the fibers, the metakaolin, the air-entraining water reducer, the water, the toner and the emulsion are reasonably proportioned, so that the dispersion uniformity of the toner can be improved, and the dispersion effect of the toner is further improved in cooperation with electrostatic repulsion generated between cement particles and the toner; and it is ensured that the toner can be well dispersed in the colored concrete.
