The invention discloses a pin anchor mechanical connector and a precast concrete pile. The mechanical connector comprises a first nut sleeve, a second nut sleeve, a positioning insertion rod and a locking positioning pin. One end of the first nut sleeve is connected with the positioning insertion rod; an annular clamping groove is formed in the other end of the positioning insertion rod; a locking positioning pin is arranged on the second nut sleeve; when the positioning insertion rod is inserted into the second nut sleeve, the locking positioning pin can move in the radial direction of the second nut sleeve and is clamped into the annular clamping groove so that the positioning insertion rod and the second nut sleeve can be limited and fixed. When the pin anchor mechanical connector is used for connecting precast concrete piles, it can be guaranteed that the connecting end faces of two sections of precast piles are completely attached without gaps.
