The invention discloses a pile sinking device adopting torsional impact and a construction method, a torsional excitation system is arranged in the torsional impact pile sinking device, and torsional centrifugal torque is generated to replace vertical impact force of a traditional pile hammer. During on-site pile sinking operation, the torsion excitation system is hoisted by a construction crane ship and then fixed to the top of a pile body, the torsion excitation system is started to apply periodic impact moment to enable the pile body to gradually penetrate into a seabed, and a monitoring system is arranged in the construction process to monitor horizontal and vertical displacement changes of the pile body in real time, so that the perpendicularity of the pile body is guaranteed. Torsional impact is adopted to replace piling hammering force, fatigue damage of a pile body and weld joints caused by pile sinking construction and disturbance of soil around the pile are reduced, and meanwhile harmful effects and noise pollution to the environment (such as mammals and fishes) are reduced.
本发明公开了一种采用扭转冲击的沉桩装置及施工方法,扭转冲击沉桩装置内部设置有扭转激励系统,产生扭转离心力矩来替代传统打桩锤的竖向冲击力。在现场沉桩作业时,由施工起重船将扭转激励系统起吊后固定于桩身的顶部,启动扭转激励系统施加周期性冲击力矩使桩身逐渐贯入海床,施工过程中配备监测系统实时监测桩体的水平、垂直位移变化,保证桩体的垂直度。采用扭转冲击代替了打桩锤击力,减少了沉桩施工造成桩身、焊缝的疲劳损伤以及桩周土体的扰动,同时减少对环境(如哺乳动物和鱼类)有害影响和噪音污染。
