Plastering-free building method for house building construction
The invention relates to the technical field of house building construction, in particular to a house building construction plastering-free construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, prefabricating PC components in a factory: prefabricating the corresponding PC components including a prefabricated wall body, a prefabricated floor slab and a prefabricated stair according to a building design drawing by adopting a factory prefabrication mode; s2, according to the building sequence, the prefabricated PC components are built step by step; the prefabricated PC component and the aluminum alloy formwork are matched to form a cast-in-place area, and after the aluminum alloy formwork is fixed, casting forming is conducted to form a casting body; s3, the aluminum alloy formwork is dismantled, and the aluminum alloy formwork is cleaned and arranged for repeated use; and S4, the surfaces of the PC component and the pouring body are whitewashed. On one hand, the aluminum alloy formwork is a novel formwork system which is high in turnover and sustainable to use so as to be repeatedly used; and on the other hand, the aluminum alloy material is light and convenient to carry, and after the aluminum alloy formwork is detached, the surface of the wall is smooth, and the plastering-free effect is achieved.
